Hello! Start with the Body and sketch. For this method I’ve used here, you’ll need a base object. Reason for the base object, is to make overall modeling simplified. Instead of a heavy detailed base sketch. Here you’ll notice redundant constraint. Reason is that symmetry constraint, and fixed point on edge, are doing the same thing. Reason is that symmetry constraint, and fixed point on edge, are doing the same thing. Delete “fixed” point on edge constraint. Note, that the part on the right, in this case, is the Ellipse. Make sure the Ellipse angle is 163 degrees (clockwise), or 17 (counterclockwise) It is very important to clear out any unnecessary constraint. Make these vertices coincident. For the circle on the right, add 240 mm distance. Add Pad to the sketch, enter 6 mm. And make the Pad symmetrical. At this point, add Fillets. It’s important to add them now, we might have issues otherwise. And, at this point, we’ll start adding main features. Once you have the sketch completed, add Pocket. Make it symmetrical, and, through all. Now, to speed things up, will use two sketches for the next hole. In both sketches, we’ll use hexagons, but at different angles. For this sketch, make the top line horizontal. And for this sketch, make the side line vertical. To fill the inner hole, just add a rectangle. Since the base Pad is 6 mm, enter 5mm for this rectangle. And for the last step, add fillets to both sides. Thanks for watching!
